Subscription Overview
The Austen Box is a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee for goods delivered during the agreed term.
Subscription Plans and Commitments
Monthly Subscription
• Automatically renews on the 15th of each month
• Can be canceled before renewal date to avoid future charges
• No minimum commitment required
Term Subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, 12-month)
You are responsible for completing payments for the full contracted term.
* After your contracted term your account will automatically switch to a month-to-month subscription
*You may cancel the month to month subscription at any time.
• Automatically charges on the 15th of each month (after initial monthly purchase)
• Introductory discounts and free gifts typically apply only to 6-month plans
• If you receive an introductory discount on a 6-month plan, you must complete 5 additional payments before canceling
• Setting your subscription to cancel before your commitment ends means cancellation will occur AFTER your commitment period is complete

Billing Timeline
Initial Purchase
If you purchase between the 1st-25th of the month:
• You will receive the following month's box
• Your billing renewal begins on the 15th of each month
If you purchase between the 25th-30th of the month:
• You will receive your first box on the 5th of the month after next
• Example: Purchase on September 28th = First shipment November 5th
• You will not be charged again before receiving your first box
• Subsequent billing occurs on the 15th of each month
Note: We may attempt to ship your first box sooner when possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Shipping Information
• Boxes ship on or around the 5th of each month
• You will receive tracking information when your box ships
• Standard US shipping time: 3-5 business days
• Holiday season may involve longer delivery times
• We are not responsible for lost packages - please contact the shipping carrier directly for missing packages
